Online Entrepreneur

Estimated Time: Ten 45-minute class periods

Project Summary: Students develop a business plan incorporating a chosen product or service. The product or service must be feasible given the students situation, environment, and skillset. Students will work in groups to produce a business plan, marketing plans with an online platform, cost analysis, and a prototype or specific service plan. Students will present their business plans to adult guest “Sharks” or DECA or FBLA officers from the feeder high school.

Driving Question (Teacher Guided, Student Constructed): How can we design a business plan using an online platform to earn money for a school in need?
